Hey! My name is Eve Hartmann, owner of Eveolve Coaching.
Fitness has been in my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing softball competitively and I am pretty sure I picked up my first dumbbell at 13 years old. I started working out in my parents’ unfinished basement, got my first job at a LifeTime Fitness cafe, tried a lot of fitness fads, dealt with serious injuries, went through a powerlifting phase, and I even tried rugby for a second! Now I am a personal trainer for FIT Statesboro in Georgia and run my own online coaching business - the best decision I have ever made.
Just because I actively engaged in some form of exercise for most of my life doesn’t mean it was always a pleasant experience. In fact, there were times where it felt quite the opposite. My lowest point was after my second knee surgery that ended my powerlifting journey. This sent me into a spiral… I became depressed, gained a ton of weight, didn’t take care of myself in any sense, ate terribly, was often intoxicated, and was digging myself into a hole that I had no idea how to get out of. I had zero confidence in any area of life. One day I looked in the mirror and felt absolute disgust with what I saw. If you are (or ever have) experienced that feeling, I am so sorry. I am here as proof that you can dig yourself out. This is when I found calisthenics and it changed my life forever.
Shifting my focus to health and performance changed my perspective and therefore my actions. Since then, I have lost 35lb, started a business, became a personal trainer, and proven myself wrong in every area of life.
That’s the goal…
Prove yourself wrong.
Need more information or just curious? I send out newsletters 1-2x a month with free advice, guides, and tips on calisthenics, nutrition, fitness, and more! (Promise I won't spam ya 😉)
No! Calisthenics is for everybody. Whether you have little experience in general or you are transitioning from another discipline, there is a sustainable plan for you.
Not necessarily. Certain skills will be best learned if you to have access to a pull-up bar and long loop bands. Ultimately it is dependent on your goals and what you have access to in your home. There are a lot of ways to work around having no equipment - please mention this in the call!
Progress is different for everyone. It depends on your starting point, your goals, and your commitment to the process. There is no magic pill and it won't be easy, but I can assure you that you get out what you put in.
Beginner calisthenics is my bread and butter, but I am qualified to coach in a few other areas. I have clients solely focusing on mobility and flexibility, some that prefer general weight lifting, and some with weight loss.
I offer 3, 6, and 12-month packages. Obviously, the longer you commit, the better results you will get. My goal is to build a long-term relationship with every client so I can help support and guide you throughout your entire journey.
