"I used to be mostly powerlifting, and she made this transition so seamless. I have progressed through different resistance bands for muscle ups already, unlocked scale muscle ups, obtained new drills for handstands, and finally getting over some mental blocks since being upside down is such a different mind to muscle connection. By far the strongest I’ve ever been with my most recent squat being 215lbs x3 for a rep PR! My eccentric muscle ups are getting slower and my triceps are getting so strong (I love weighted dips omg).
